Always know who you’re
really
talking to.
Trust in real-time video is eroding, accelerated by AI's impact and the people determined to abuse it for impersonation.
We counter this trend with technology that brings back a non-negotiable: The need to know that what you see on screen is real and uncompromised.
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
A need to keep it real (again).
The Safas Project was launched by a small team of veterans in software and cybersecurity who grew worried over the ability to impersonate with the help of advanced Gen-AI - disrupting trust in video calls and communications.
We believe that the foundational trust that stems from knowing what you see is a real person is in deep trouble. This comes at a time of workplace transformation, with many of us sharing a reality of global services, fragmented connections, and remote work. Impersonation has been a problem for years, but the rapid advancement of generative AI is currently eroding trust in video at a lightspeed pace. That's why our mission is to supply users and companies with the strongest possible, simple, and effective guardrail for any videoconferencing use case.
